Cancel & Refund

Below is the policy in relation to the Cancellation and Refund of the Tube 11 App and www.tube11.in (“Tube 11 App” or “Tube 11”)

• Tube 11
  • In exceptional circumstances, league or contests of Tube 11 may be cancelled, in accordance with the Rules on the Tube 11 App, according to the discretion of Tube 11
• Polls
  • Once a trade has been placed on the Tube 11 App and has been matched with another user, the same cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of the event being cancelled/abandoned, the trade will be automatically cancelled and the money will be refunded to the wallet.
  • In case there is no determinable result before the event expiry date, the event will be treated as cancelled and the money will be refunded to the wallet.
  • However, apart from the instances set out in this policy, refund of no other nature will be allowed.
  • Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
