• We use Cashfree, a third party payment gateway to process payments. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

14. WARRANTY

The Company does not warrant that its servers, or emails sent by the Company are virus-free. The Company will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, loss of goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit or legal proceedings sought to be commenced with regard to contents of the Terms, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
