Responsible Gaming

Tube 11 ("Tube 11" or "Tube 11 App") strives to ensure that it follows responsible and safe gaming practices. We encourage users to trade in a manner which is disciplined and non-addictive, without compromising on the fun and learning elements.

The following are the guidelines Tube 11 has in place to ensure that the users are protected from incurring heavy losses and to ensure that the Tube 11 App is only accessible to those who are above 18 years of age and who live in territories where the app is not explicitly banned.

Additionally, Tube 11 has additional guidelines for the users to ensure that their rights stand protected.

Age Limit Policy

Tube 11 is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older, in line with the laws and regulations of India. To check this, Tube 11 has the following measures in place:

• Prior to logging into the Tube 11 App, users are required to tick a checkbox stating that they are over 18 years of age.
• After logging in, users are required to compulsorily enter their date of birth in the profile section of the Tube 11 App.
• At the time of KYC verification, users are required to enter their date of birth. Users are also required to submit their PAN details, which are verified.
• Our advertisements and marketing campaigns are only targeted at those who are 18 years of age or older.

Using these trifecta of checks, Tube 11 App ensures that only those users who are 18 or above can access the Tube 11 App.

Location Check

Currently, Tube 11 App is only accessible in India in select states. It is not accessible in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim and Telangana (“Non-Eligible States”). To ensure that only those from Non-Eligible States are able to access Tube 11 App, Tube 11 takes 2 steps:

• First, Tube 11 has a check in the back-end as to where a user is accessing the Tube 11 App from, and should the user be accessing Tube 11 from a Non-Eligible State, then he/she will not be able to access the Tube 11 App.
• Further, in the profile section, the user is also asked where he/she is accessing the App from.

Loss Limits

Tube 11 also ensures that users have a monthly loss limit, which, if they exceed, they would no longer be allowed to access the Tube 11 App that particular month. This monthly loss limit is set at Rs. 5000.

Self Exclusion

If you would like to exclude yourself from trading on the app for a short duration, you may write to help@betteropinions.in In addition to the above, you can also set the following limits:

• Top up limit, by which a limit is set on the amount of top up you can do every month.
• Withdrawal limit, by which a limit is set on the amount of withdrawal you can withdraw every month.

Other Guidelines For Users

• Please do ensure you first read the How to Trade section in the Tube 11 App, and watch our How to Trade video on our Youtube Channel.
• Please don’t use Tube 11 using money taken as loans.
• Please don’t use Tube 11 using money kept aside for educational or health purposes.
• In case you have high losses, exclude yourself from the Tube 11 App in the manner mentioned above.
• Please don’t use all your money in a single event.
• You should trade after doing independent research on the event.
• You should trade on events which are suited to your interest and competency levels.
• You should be mindful of your losses while trading in the game.
